This is a directory of AI meeting note-takers: tools whose job is to be present for a conversation and produce a usable written record of it. General note-taking apps and hardware recorders are deliberately out of scope. Each entry is scored on coverage, output depth, workflow fit, ease of use, privacy and value, so a shortlist takes minutes rather than a dozen marketing pages.
Scores come from published sources only — vendor documentation, pricing pages, trust and sub-processor pages. There is no hands-on test bench here, which is why transcription accuracy is not one of the ratings: every vendor measures it on a recording they chose, and reprinting that as judgement would be worse than leaving it out. Where a fact could not be established, the entry says so instead of guessing. Nobody pays to appear, and no entry carries an affiliate link.
Entries carry the date they were last checked, and we re-verify them rather than leaving stale claims in place. If something here is wrong or missing, tell us — an inaccurate directory is worse than a small one.
