About Avoma
Avoma is built for revenue teams and priced like enterprise software. The core assistant records, transcribes in real time, and writes notes into CRM records automatically rather than dropping a link beside them. Custom AI topics and templates let you shape what the summary contains, and an API with webhooks is part of the package.
The pricing model is the thing to understand before comparing it with anything else. Analysis capabilities are sold as separate per-seat modules — conversation intelligence at one price, revenue intelligence at another, lead routing at a third — so the number on the pricing page is not what a team ends up paying. That is normal for the category Avoma is really competing in, and surprising if you arrived expecting a notetaker.
The thing to weigh is how much of this you will actually configure. Language coverage is broad, though the vendor's own page cannot agree with itself: the body says over sixty languages and dialects while the summary at the top of the same page says over seventy-five. The enumerated list is what this directory scores from. Setup takes real configuration, which is the trade for what it does once running.
